Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income properties within the Augusta Metro area, also known as the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). This area encompasses Richmond, Columbia and Aiken Counties. Richmond County includes Augusta, Blythe, Fort Gordon, Hephzibah and McBean. Columbia County includes Appling, Evans, Grovetown, Harlem and Martinez. Aiken County includes North Augusta, Belvedere, Edgefield, and Clearwater. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I am also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
Ashraf is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a PhD in Engineering. Ashraf’s understanding of the use of technology in real estate sets him above the rest by saving clients time and money when finding that perfect home. An active member of the Augusta community, last but not least...Happily married to Mary, a medical resident at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG), and together raising two energetic daughters. | |
